Privacy policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026.

Panenka is a club operations product for football staff and players. This policy explains what we collect when you use app.panenka.pro and the Panenka iOS app.

Who is responsible

Panenka is the data controller for the platform account (your login). Your club is typically the controller for club content (training plans, messages, player lists) that staff enter into the product. Contact: support@panenka.pro.

What we collect

  • Account: email address, authentication session, optional display name.
  • Club data: teams, training plans, exercises, messages, documents, and similar content staff or players save in the product.
  • Product feedback you send (including the page you were on, club, role, and device information).
  • Technical logs needed to run the service (for example IP address in hosting logs).

Why we use it

To provide the product you were invited to, keep it secure, send invite and password-reset emails, and improve Panenka based on feedback you submit. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

We use Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (web hosting), Expo/EAS and Apple (app distribution and push). They process data on our instructions.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and club data while the club uses Panenka, then delete or anonymise it when the club is offboarded or you ask us to. In the iOS app you can delete your account under More → Delete account. That removes your login and memberships; club training content stays with the club. You can also email support@panenka.pro. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, and you can complain to your local data protection authority (in Denmark: Datatilsynet).

Children

Player accounts may belong to youth players invited by their club. Clubs must have a lawful basis (including parental consent where required) before inviting minors.
