These terms cover the Panenka web app at app.panenka.pro and the Panenka iOS app. Access is invite-only. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
The service
Panenka helps football clubs plan training, run sessions, and communicate. Early access may change, break, or be unavailable. We provide it “as is” during this test period.
Your account
Keep your login private. You must be invited by Panenka or by a club admin/coach. Do not share accounts. Clubs are responsible for who they invite, including youth players.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other clubs’ data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Club content
The club retains rights to the content it puts in Panenka. You grant us a licence to host and display that content so the product can work.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost training data, downtime, or decisions clubs make using the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.
